The MGCF03S, and MGCF07S and MGCF28S 220V AC drives are robust and built to provide great performance and reliability for demanding applications under continuous duty. They include a pump-to-motor adapter for the Fluid-o-Tech gear pumps of the MG, MS and PG series and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability. The units are capable of a flow up to 200 l/h (53 GPH) and pressure up to 9 bar (130 psi). Pumps are available with 1/8” NPT or GAS ports and built-in relief valve.
Static seals available in EPDM, NBR, PTFE™, Silicon or Viton guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The pump housing and the internal metal components are in AISI 316 L stainless steel, while gears and bushings are available in PEEK™, or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available.
